The Baltimore Association of Black Journalists honors the life of Clifton J. Cox. The retired WBAL-TV supervisor, Dunbar High School and Morgan State University alum was an active member of the National Association of Black Journalists and the Association of Black Media Workers, according to a Baltimore Sun obituary.
A funeral will be held Friday, Dec. 20 at St. Philip’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 501 N. Caroline St, Baltimore. Interment in Crest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Marriottsville. Friends may call at the Haight Funeral Home & Chapel, 6416 Sykesville Rd., Sykesville at the church from 11 am until the time of services.
