Several members of the Baltimore Association of Black Journalists traveled to Cuba to file reports on the economy, tourism, culture and Pan-African Diaspora issues.

Richard Prince, writer of the Journal-isms column at the Maynard Institute,  corresponded with the delegation while the journalists were in Cuba.

Jacqueline Jones – Multimedia Journalism Department Chair and MSU Global Journalism Review Editor

Baruti Kopano – MSU School of Global Journalism & Communication Multiplatform Production department chair and BEAR TV General Manager

Charles Robinson – Maryland Public Television Reporter
